The villa is in an excellent location for all that Florida has to offer both for the Disney and theme park fans and for those that want to experience the other side of this state...

On the Gulf coast approx an hour away there's Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St. Petes beach & Busch gardens. Further north on this coast visit and swim with manatees, or visit some of the beautiful white sandy beaches.

Ocala Forest, north of Orlando is a great place to get away from it all, hire a canoe, and explore the lakes and rivers. St Augustine & Daytona make for good days out too and the Atlantic coast has Cocoa beach and the famous Kennedy Space Centre (approx 1 1/2 hours). Its also easy to get to Miami (approx 3 hours), the Everglades and The Florida Keys beyond!

On the doorstep, you are in walking distance of the golf club which does a wonderful all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet on a sunday morning and well priced breakfast, lunches and snacks each day.

Also you'll just have to visit Mannys - turn left down the US27 and it's just on the right! THE place for steaks and a bottomless salad bowl to die for, used by the locals, you must get there early!

There's so many places nearby to eat covering all tastes and pockets and further afield on the 192 or International Drive there's a whole host of restaurants from every corner of the world!
